Where To Buy Your Alcohol

Depending on how much you drink, alcohol can be a major expense when on a cruise.

As you can well imagine, alcohol on board a cruise is sold at a premium, and can rapidly drain your bank account if you're not careful.

One way to avoid this is to take your own alcohol with you on to the cruise.  If you have access to duty-free alcohol, this gets even cheaper!

Not all cruise lines will allow you to do this however.  Many will want you to purchase from them as a way of boosting their bottom line.

Call your cruise company beforehand and ask their policy on this.  If they do allow you to take some with you, then plan ahead and take as much as you think you'll need.
