Cruise Vacations For Relaxation

Cruises offer you a great value for the money you plan to spend on vacation. You will find that this all inclusive holiday offers sleeping accommodations, great food, entertainment, activities, and many ports of call. Visit an island, hop back on the ship, eat a wonderful dinner, plan your midnight snack for after the show and then rest in your luxurious stateroom, kept clean as a whistle by the staff.

For one fee, you will have all the above mentioned features and services in your hotel at sea. There are choices of staterooms besides the standard inside cabin. Staterooms with balconies and some staterooms with an outside view will cost a bit more than the standard. These upgrades are wonderful, but they do not affect much more than where you sleep. If you are using your cabin to hang your clothes and take a shower, sleep for a bit and then continue on with all the other activities, you may opt to occupy the standard room.

Activities on board are practically ceaseless. There is always something to do or maybe you just want a lounge by the pool to listen to the music. The beautiful ocean provides enough entertainment of its own with the water glistening and passing ships floated out in the distance. You can partake in exercise sessions, art classes, dance classes, bingo, and many other planned activities arranged for your enjoyment. Days at sea are filled with fun!

There are tours on each island that can be purchased for a separate fee. There are cooking classes, horseback riding, golf, scuba diving and then the old-time "kind of free"... Shopping. Each island offers something different. Before disembarking, make sure you know what time to be back to the ship. Maybe you would like some extra time on Cozumel, but you will have to pay for your own transportation to catch up with the ship!

While the ship is in port, stay aboard if you wish. Many people disembark to visit the island. You are welcome to stay aboard, enjoy the spa or the pool, or just gaze at the port's movements and people. If your partner goes ashore for golf, get a group of girls together to enjoy lunch out on the deck.

The hours for dining are very well planned. Room service is the answer to every one's dream. There are food stations all over the ship for all-inclusive eating day and night. Breakfast is open seating in the dining room and full buffet on a different upper deck. Lunch is also open seating or buffet.

Dinner in the main dining room is divided between an early sitting, around 6 pm and the later sitting at 8:00pm or 8:30pm. Dinners in the dining room are served by your waiters. They will remain as your waiters throughout the cruise and you will all be on a first name basis. It is an elegant affair with a lot of personality. The meals are divine and the entrees served in the dining room are also offered in part on the buffet... Just serve yourself, please! If you are not hungry at dinner time, enjoy room service at any hour you wish.
